If you love the end of your Yoga practice, Savasana, I would recommend you'd practice Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is much more than relaxation. It will provide you much more than physical & emotional release. Just try it and you will see.
In a Yoga Nidra session you lie down in a comfortable position, generally in Savasana. If you do not like it or can not lie down, you may do the session in a sitting position.

During the session you will go through different stages with the help of simple and effective techniques:
Relaxation
Sankalpa (wish statement)
Body Scan
Pranayama - Control of breath
Visualisation (Chidakhasa Dharana)
